After your room has been rendered into lifelike images and you have chosen a kitchen cabinet layout that suits your lifestyle and decor, we will proceed to the next step: Creating a detailed floor plan. Here, your kitchen designer will draft your cabinetry design in greater detail, from wood species and finishes to hardware that compliments the door styling.
You will be able to see all the plans in a large-scale format to better understand where everything will be placed in the room.
Your kitchen contractor will also need these detailed plans in order to translate your dream kitchen from concept to actual finished room. This all-encompassing roadmap includes the total scope of the project, such as:
- Precise measurements of the cabinet sizes
- Elevations
- Color-coded details pertaining to the cabinets and installation instructions
- Special notes
- Even our unique picture-quality concept computer renderings are shown on the plan
The plans will show you where key functional accessories will be, such as recycle bins, pull-out waste baskets, spice drawers, tray dividers and wine racks.
